Hion

Twin bands of unsupported, glowing energy — one a cool aqua-teal, one a vibrant pink-magenta — that hang above every street in Kilahito like very thick filaments. Wire-thin offshoots carry power into individual buildings, making the hion lines the city's combined lighting, electricity, and structural skeleton.
